This special 90 minute session includes a full Sound Bath Ceremony with a special Reiki infused and activated Rose Quartz crystal placed on the heart chakra to help release emotional blockages and promote self-love whilst receiving individual Reiki. Limited places are available to ensure individual attention.

Reiki means Universal Life Energy in Japanese and Rachel connects to this energy (which is all around us), channelling it through her body. The healing energy is transmitted, sometimes in the form of a light touch, or with Rachel’s hands a short distance from your body. This will usually be experienced as a pleasant sensation and registered as a warm, tingling, pulsing or sometimes cooling energy. The energy will go wherever it’s needed the most and it’s your body that promotes self-healing. Reiki flows to the areas of need, soothing pain and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself, restoring balance. It is great for releasing stress, anxiety, improving sleep, releasing mental, emotional and physical blocks by bringing the mind and body into balance, clearing and balancing the chakras. Rachel also uses crystals within her healing session and will gently place it on your body to aid healing.
