    Health & Wellbeing Consultant

    MSc, Yoga instructor, Sports Massage Therapist, Nutritionist & Breathwork Specialist. Sacha is a sport & exercise physiologist & performance coach who has a background in environmental physiology & nutritional coaching. Sacha has worked as a physical & wellbeing performance coach for an 8 time world championship-winning Formula One team as well as athletes & other corporate clients.

    Yoga & Sound Bath Instructor

    Sophie has over 20 years experience in yoga practise and is passionate about every aspect of yoga & meditation. She is qualified to teach Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Bahia Yoga as well as being a fully qualified sound meditation practitioner. She considers these ancient practises to be invaluable tools in becoming the best version of yourself.

    Swim Coach & Cold Water Specialist

    Gem is energised by nature and finds a renewed sense of peace and perspective from the environment around her. She was recently part of the World Record Winter Swimming Relay in Tallinn Estonia and has extensive experience of cold water swimming and immersion giving her huge knowledge on the benefits which it has to offer.

    Since qualifying as a matwork instructor over 13 years ago, Caroline has taught Pilates to a broad variety of age groups and levels in both the UK and Austria. Her classes are designed to encompass a wide range of abilities, with modifications to suit individual needs. The moves are as tough as you want to make them. You can expect to leave the class feeling a greater sense of wellbeing; calm, centred and having been suitably challenged in a friendly and supportive environment.
