Sophy is a level 3 personal trainer and has over 8 years of experience with training people from all different backgrounds and at all different levels.

Her sessions are always varied and she exudes bags of motivation from start to finish. She can also cater to your needs or make sessions as difficult as you feel comfortable with. From mid November we will be running weekly ‘bungee fitness’ sessions on Monday’s 7:15pm. The current fitness session is on Fridays 7-7:45am. These session is held in the studio and are a mixture of bodyweight exercises and cardio.

A powerful, low-impact matwork session set in beautiful surroundings to help restore, realign, mobilise and strengthen. In combination with specific moves, Caroline’s classes use breathwork and visualisation to build core strength and flexibility. Classes are suitable for a wide range of abilities, with modifications to suit individual needs.

PILATES WITH CAROLINE

Caroline’s classes provide a powerful, low-impact matwork session to help restore, realign, mobilise and strengthen. Breathwork and visualisation are used in combination with specific moves to build core strength and flexibility, lengthening and strengthening the body from head to toe.

Originally founded by Joseph Pilates to rehabilitate from injury, Pilates supports good posture and alignment of the spine. Enhancing strength, flexibility and

balance whilst connecting mind and body, creating greater resilience for everyday life. 

Since qualifying as a matwork instructor over 13 years ago, Caroline has taught Pilates to a broad variety of age groups and levels in both the UK and Austria.

Her classes are designed to encompass a wide range of abilities, with modifications to suit individual needs. The moves are as tough as you want to make them. 

You can expect to leave the class feeling a greater sense of wellbeing; calm, centred and having been suitably challenged in a friendly and supportive environment.
