Join Sophie for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath. We will be coming together under the softly lit heated stretch tent next to the beautiful lake before heading to the fire pit for a cacao ceremony. For those of you who don't know what this involves, its an ancient Aztec and Mayan tradition whereby you'll consume cacao as a group to facilitate healing and community.
