Join us for a men’s mindfulness workshop in the studio overlooking the lake followed by a chilly willy dip, sauna, and a hot drink around the fire.
The one-hour mindfulness workshop, taught by Roger, will guide you through mindfulness practices aimed at reducing stress and promoting mental clarity, with a focus on preparing for the dip.
We then head over to the lake where a qualified instructor will talk you through the immersing in cold water. All levels are welcome - you may just want to dip your toe in, you may want to swim a short lap. Either way, the wood-fired saunas are available for you to warm up afterwards.
Once your mind and body are refreshed, gather around the fire with a hot drink in hand. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, catch up with like-minded men, and share experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
