Half day cold water retreat (FULLY BOOKED)

This experience will help you to deepen your cold water practice & feel more connected to yourself, nature & your community.

Starting with some specific breathwork techniques to prepare the body & mind. Followed by some foundation movements of qigong & then specific warm up movements designed to help you warm up efficiently after getting out of the water. Then put it all together with invigorating group lake immersion & powerful post warm up including sauna!
