full moon Yoga, and or swim

Starting this full moon night in the Susi Howard Studio with some gentle yoga, with a little break before we enter the water for a moon lit swim, using lights on tow floats to illuminate ourselves. You then have the chance to tuck into some nice food with some tunes in the background.

The yoga is 6-7pm with the swim from 7pm.

As the swim is dark and cold, this session is open to bandholders only who have experienced swimming with us before.
