Starting this full moon night in the Susi Howard Studio with some gentle yoga, with a little break before we enter the water for a moon lit swim, using lights on tow floats to illuminate ourselves. You then have the chance to tuck into some delicious food.
Yoga is from 6:15-7:15pm with the swim afterwards.
As the swim is dark and cold, this session is open to bandholders only who have experienced swimming with us before.
