introduction to Cold water swimming

This session is two hours and includes the swim element (done as a group of up to 14) after the theory, plus a hot drink and cake afterwards.

All of these are ran with our certified STA Open Water Coach Jules.
You will be educated on the physiological effects of cold water immersion / swimming and mean you can go forward swimming safely.

Please Note: when cold water swimming it takes longer to regain core temperature. Therefore we advise that you allow extra time to warm entirely before driving home.
