half day wellness retreat: 24th aug ft women and wild

This half day retreat at Watersedge comprises of a relaxing hatha yoga session by Shasha Crow. Then we refresh with an invigorating wild swim, whilst having optional access to our beautiful wood-fired sauna and cold tub. Afterwards we will enjoy a hot drink and slice of cake before settling down for an inspiring workshop facilitated by Kate Mason, founder of Women and Wild.
