This Autumnal Equinox join us for a reverent yoga practice led by Shasha, tuning into the change of the season from an outward to an inward perspective.
Nature is the best teacher when it comes to the art of transition. At our beautiful lake, we will practice around a mandala created from natural found objects, leaves, berries and fruits offered back to Mother Nature with our gratitude. We will reflect on what is passing for us and what we will be germinating over the darker months.
We find the balance between dark and light, the second of two ‘still points’ of the year, experiencing balance before the shift into Autumn.
The session will close with the dismantling of the mandala and a blissful mantra relaxation to the singing bowl. £15pp
