Full moon circle

It’s easy to be hard on yourself, we’re literally programmed this way, which is why it’s important to consciously focus on your achievements and allow yourself space to let go of negative self belief that holds you back.

The full moon is a time to connect with yourself, release and let go of what isn’t serving you, to make space for the next phase of the month, open up possibilities and manifest who you want to be.

It’s a time of completion, celebration and gratitude. Making it the ideal time to show yourself love and let go of the shadows that weigh you down.

Emotions are heightened during the full moon giving us the opportunity to bring to the surface the thoughts, feelings, situations, people or commitments that are no longer serving us. Gather together to meditate, journal, and release our shadows into the fire with a powerful guided full moon ritual.

When we think with love, we speak with love, we act with love and we attract love.
