1.15 hour group workshop led by our Wellbeing Swim Coach Gem. She will gently guide you through the origins and current research behind the benefits of ice bathing. This session includes theory, breathing techniques, plus fire & ice immersion with the sauna and cold tub. .

This group workshop if for seekers of self-understanding, empowerment and challenge.
